Amazing podcast. No one will ever know he didn't attend any University. So articulate ❤

Interesting interview but distasteful when he says, we should pray for politicians and claims the President is doing his best, while blaming the military that left power almost three decades ago. The military was not responsible for Bola Iges death, civilians were. Is he even aware of how hypocritical Gov. Tinubu was towards his father ? The interviewer should had asked him what his father would say about the current government. Stopped watching this halfway.

Next time, Mr Interviewer, don't interject your guest. And get more background info of your guests in future. Well done

Mr Interviewer, allow your guest to talk. Stop insuniating. Just give him leading questions and listen. Don't give opinion; you are not there to do that. Above all, good session.

I was young while Uncle Bola was our governor. He delivered a speech at Liberty Stadium, Ibadan on children day. We loved him. My Mum calls the wife aunty Tinuke. Okeowo's house is near my grandfathers house in Aremo. Injustice didnt just start today in Nigeria. A sitting Justice of the Appeal Court was denied justice. This injustice has silently killed those who couldn't speak out while those who speak out like DF are victimized.

Sound interview from an intellectual but failed when he mentioned prayers time without number as if prayer works. This is embarrassing to hear from educated and well exposed individual.

God Bless this young man for keeping the memory of his late father alive. The perpetrators o the heinous crime and those who participated in the joint criminal enterprise must be sick of hearing people eulogise this great man. It is quite laudable of him to keep his father's memory alive, prick the conscience of those responsible and also more importantly keep the awareness. I was unaware of who or what led to his death, as I left Nigeria in 1987, visited Nigeria briefly on holidays in 1989 and for 14yrs did not even bother and had no interest in Nigeria. This chap has remained very classy, he could easily have been shooting off from both barrels, pointing fingers. He has not done that, he no doubt knows who the culprits were, however, there is a lot of power in his stoicism and defiance which would leave these men squirming. I just wonder why the Baba, (the guy behind the hit) who is a so called elder statesman is so revered? As Yorubas say ti won lo ju!

Omo Ajanaku kii ya rara. Exactly same comment he made on one of the miscreants was what Bola himself would have made on the same identity. I am one of the beneficiaries of the genuine free education from Bola Ige. God bless his memories and family he left behind. Wondering how we inherited politicians without any ideology.

Nobody is talking about his simplicity. I saw him walking freely on the street in Oke Ado in the 90s in a simple T-shirt, trousers, and glasses. People came and shouted Ige, Ige...While in UI, by coincidence I lived with my brother on the same Osuntokun street where he was murdered. I love Ige's simplicity. The same simplicity gave him up to the enemies of Nigeria. Ige was the only alternative to Awolowo then. Obasanjo and the Nigerian system failed Chief Bola Ige.
