$14 bucks on both Home Depot and Harbor Freight websites, really doesn’t matter where you buy this tool. It’s sheet aluminum, a magnet, 2 bearings, 2 wheels, and a handle. Those kinda tools are pretty price ubiquitous. Buy them from wherever saves you gas.

Everyone knows the framing crews don't have final inspections!!!. 🗣boom I said it, 🧨 the truth is out...they also don't inspect the soil for final inspections in regards to "composition, strength, and load-bearing capacity" That's why all these track-houses have bellies in their main line..🧨

Buyer's agent gets about 2.5%. But in this market, I wonder if I could have sold the house for 2.5% MORE than my list price? Or just faster by allowing a buyer's agent commission? I doubt I could get 2.5% MORE, so maybe it's just better to say no agents and try to deal with buyers directly. In a seller's market, yes paying buyers agent commission could get you that much or more. But today's its still a seller's market. Thoughts?🤔

We use a diamond blade on a concrete saw. Since yours is gonna be inside I would definitely run a little water so dust is kept down.

What’s the difference between Eifs and stucco

Eifs is exterior insulation finishing system which is an 1.5 inch foam over the exterior then scratch coat then color. Stucco is with a lath, scratch coat, brown coat then color. It’s a lot stronger than the eifs but more expensive.
