Rubbish. Shadowboxing should never be used to do "conditioning drills". It should be technique only. The only boxer to really understand shadowboxing was Mike tyson in his prime.

@@officerlittle I had 4 sessions I think? It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I would even say painful. The procedure did remove blood clots that had been in my sinuses since the last infection I had several years ago. So that was cool. Otherwise I would say it didn’t help much with my stuffiness. I am trying supplements now to see if that will help. I could tell it shifted the bones in my face because my teeth felt different. So it’s not a gimmick but it didn’t help much with my issue.

Teruts a good top fighter when it comes to the ground I think team alpha male is really improving his wrestling. I’d like to see more low kicks from ishihara they look brutal and compliment his cross
