You're mating them in enclosures far too small with zero chance of the male escaping when he's done. This is why you are losing so many males. Is common sense.

I watched may be ALL existing matings videos of this species on KZbin. In all of them females shows exactly the same after successful insemination. It's very interesting! I'm looking forward to seeing this live when my female will grow up)

I've heard this species has never been successfully bred in captivity. I've never been able to find any information about captive bred slings or anything. Good luck!

does your male rarely eat? mine is about the same size and it doesnt want to eat anything living or dead, its been a full month
