I lived in Swindon in late 50s This film is so atmospheric and really conjures up a lot of what life was like then. The Victorian school (I went to College Street), the mission hall, the canal side, the allotments and the terraced house It really felt like the 50s

Well-done for trying to introduce GURUNG , Gurkhas’ culture , tradition et al . Well, as we come from many different backgrounds in a country of very diverse groups, I think it will be more exciting, eccentric and always something to learn from each other. Thank you 🙏 to our goddess Joanna Lumley who helped us tremendously. Thank you 🙏 to everyone for your humble understanding and support, much appreciated. Kr, SG

Hi Ash, I was the Producer for Media Arts when we funded this and provided Media Arts and Viewpoint equipment to realise it. I was also sound recordist on some days using our Nagra. Would like to find a copy of Weavers wife. We can digitise 16mm. Where are you now?
