Excellent explanation, where do I download the jar (fmw_12.2.1.4.0_osb.jar) and what version of Java do you use. I tried to raise this but I get an error when raising the domain, I appreciate your time for responding.

You will have to download it from Oracle edelivery website and you can use java 1.8

@mazahirnazmi thanks for answering, i saw the oracle documentation, and recommends specific locations for the "Oracle Home", "Domain Home", and "Application Home", the idea is put the "domain home" outside of the "Oracle home" directory (should contain domain and application data) recommends a separate "domain directory" so that new installs, patches, and other operations update the "ORACLE_HOME" only, not the domain configuration. ¡Best regards!

is there a way to make this self certificate accepted like a google certificate for example.I don't like that browse complains the site is insecure, or attackers might be stealing message when you hit the URLof the weblogic server or the hosted server.

You will have to get it signed by renowned CA like DigiCert, Commodo etc FYI they charge it based on time period. You can use GoDaddy kind of platform for cert signing.

Based on my understanding, when we search the log using "Stuck," we can find the correct log entry along with the reason. However, if we search for "Hogging," it doesn't appear in the log. It seems that "Hogging" is either recorded as "Stuck" in the log, or there may be a specific way to search for "Hogging."
