Today is my 4th day but feeling sick because I’m doing intermittent fasting as well but I’m on a thirty day challenge so I can’t stop 😂

Don’t stop, but add snacking when feeling sick, like fruit, the way I see it we’re not completely breaking fast when we eat fruit plus it helps with the nausea my choice is mostly, honey crisp apples. Thank you for watching I appreciate you 🫶🏾💜 good luck, you got this!

Heyy thank you so much! And thank you for tuning in! So to my knowledge if you have Diamond Club your butler will make all reservations for you even the ones for the resort restaurants, if needed. But if you do not have Diamond Club then you’ll just simply go to the restaurant itself and schedule the reservation with the host.
