I think a big pro is the 138 you skip alot of the Cajon traffic I been in Phelan since 2008 love Phelan but a few big cons I think is we need more paved roads and a High school named after the town!lol

My family moved to Hesperia in 1968. I went to Hesperia Junior High when there was only one Junior high in town. I went to Apple Valley High school because there were only two high schools one in Apple Valley and one in Victorville. Around 3,000 people lived there at that time. A lot of the streets a few blocks off of Main Street where dirt roads that were not paved until years later. I remember when the overpass was built. I remember when there were two mom-and-pop grocery stores and no chain supermarkets. My senior year of high school we had a blizzard that stopped the entire town for several days. Hesperia is nothing like a small town anymore.

We're a conservative family and have been living in Hesperia for 17 years. Much better than LA county! And cheaper! We need to vote with our dollars and support local family owned businesses and farmers! And vote for TRUMP!

Rates wont come down in any significant way unless unemployment shoots up. Its been rising slowly. The fed cut rates all through the GFC. Prices didnt go up. They went down for 5 years. The fed doesnt want prices to shoot up. The cuts will be slow and drawn out.

My parents lived there for 25 years and we loved going there to visit especially the snow season. They lived north of town 2nd house at the end before North side ski resort 2 1/2 acres with a view that you couldn’t put a price on.

Wrightwood is awesome! I have a half dozen friends that live up there, but I'll tell you.... I will never go up there in winter with out a 4x4 again! Because of all the "flatlanders" going up there for the new fallen snow (like me and my family) and us being in a 2 wheel drive we had to stay on the main highway. It took us a full 8 hours to get home to the San Gabriel Valley one time! With normal traffic, hour fifteen tops. With my 4x4 I could have cut that trip home down to 4 hours! 🤣
