I can’t even get a replacement cover from the customer service number, they stated that they don’t give customers the option to purchase replacement covers… my cover needs washed badly so I am going to try it, I’m at my whits end.

I'm washing mine right now. When I unzipped mine, I decided to leave the bottom portion in place with the idea of just zipping the top back on. Maybe I won't have to wrestle the mattress too much.

So many things to consider.. while other factors I can ignore. For example, I just want to heat the bed, no cooling... single-zone is good, dual-zone not required. Noise is also not a concern.. living in a noisy area, wearing earplugs is standard-operation anyways. I'm more interested in things like.. Recurring costs (ex. 8PLUS Membership $30/mo), Energy Costs, Maintenance (ex. cleaning/flushing the system frequency), etc. For example, of all the systems, the things that stand out to me.. BedJet 3 - Air-based SleepMe (Kryo Sleep / ChiliSleep) Chilipad (Dock Pro, OOLER, Cube) - no app required , water-based system Eight Sleep Pod Cover / Pod 3 - smartphone/wifi required , increases the firmness of the bed, water-based system I think the best for me will be an electric-blanket and electric mattress-pad. The EMI will be high, but perhaps I can place a grounding rod and connect it to the sheets? Any recommendation for a good electric blanket / mattress-pad?

Did it today, Purple people said it would shrink and would not go back on. 160 dollars for King. But it was easy. The real trick is leave the bottom part on, don't move it. Silly to wash that part anyway. Went back on in 20 seconds. Off was just as quick.

its convenient and a great idea but its ugly in appearance would be nice to have for maybe sleep overs

Hey great review! I too have a sensitivity to off gassing. I have the Douglas original bed and although I like how it feels for the most part, I am a stomach sleeper and do get hip issues with it and even after a few months of having this bed, the off gassing is still noticeable to my sensitive nose. I’m sending it back have have ordered this mattress. I’m about 175-180lbs mostly stomach sleeper but to go on my side as well in the night. I hope this firmness will be a good choice. Now the most important question. How does it smell! Lol remember I’m coming from a Douglas all foam mattress.

I followed your steps and now my chilipad cube won't turn on...I've tried the reset options and still it's dead...I wonder what I'm doing wrong here.

so after I did your cleaning method for my chilicube, the unit will not turn on again. It's plugged in, filled up.. I've done the reset. And still nothing. Customer Service at Sleepme sucks, they say 10 days to respond. Got any suggestions for how to get the cube to turn on? PS The remote turns on and I can change the temp but still doesn't turn on the cube. thanks

Je vais peut-être acheter ce Endy car si je le trouve un peu trop ferme, je peut acheter un surmatelas mais avec un matelas plus mou c'est plus compliqué de rajouter quelque choses de plus ferme

I have a purple mattress and it says horribly. Wife is in incredible pain every morning. Warranty claim at Mattress Firm got denied, because there is a stain on the mattress. Big buyers regret here.

A blanket should not be made of water bottles-AKA plastic. Their website says it’s polyester through and through which basically means that this blanket is not very breathable.
