I just took my cover off and set it in the shower and poured peroxide on stains. I learned from working in a laboratory that peroxide takes off organic stains (blood, urine, stool) but do not spot clean before, Works best on undiluted material.

2024 - Washed my purple mattress cover in cold water on delicates, and dried on low for 70 minutes and the cover went back on fine. Left the bottom cover with the zipper under the mattress the whole time.

Awesome thanks! Just did it! No issues at all. Leave the base under the mattress and tape the zipper head before washing. I dried in the sun for better smell.

Granted I slacked on maintenance on mine for a while, but I've done this 3x now and it still isn't cooling. They do say if its been a minute, it may take a couple of times.

Yes! I absolutely love the Apollo Neuro. While I do not wear it everyday, I slap it right back on my wrist when stress / poor sleep / anxiety creeps in. With practice, it actually really guides your body into near-immediate relaxation! Love it!

I can’t even get a replacement cover from the customer service number, they stated that they don’t give customers the option to purchase replacement covers… my cover needs washed badly so I am going to try it, I’m at my whits end.

No, I'm sorry, those are independent reviews, and not monitored by the manufacturers... I believe the measurements are published on their sites, so I doubt they would rectify this.
