How much did you adjust the links, did you measure them? Trying to replicate you look

Yes I measured them with each adjustment, so I recommend doing thY. It took several tries to get the car even at all fenders getting measured from the ground. But I did confirm the lowering links from hole center to center at the time. I re did it several times until I was happy with the result. In the video it is 2” lower than stock in Comfort mode. You can go 2.5” to be comfortable. The most is 3” lower but then depending on your tire sizes and if you have a full weight in the car it can rub if you care about that.

It’s kind of hard to see, but my question is would it be easier to put the rolled up pad inside the brass part; also do you have an issue with soap hardening in the pad and clogging it up? Thanks!!

No issue with soap hardening yet. It is possible to happen sooner or later but I’m well into dozens of uses and soaps or chemicals and still going strong. Also putting it in the other part stops the flow. So it didn’t work for me.

Foam stays where it is sprayed longer.

Foam clings to the surface usually. And it “works” longer versus having your liquid just flow off. It will penetrate or loosen up whatever the purpose.

You can have the wires connected to only positive and negative in you car wired to a separate switch. Then you can turn it off or on whenever you want. This way to connect has it work with your actual car lights.

I have a 2019 X3 M40i (only 32K miles), but am going on 6 years with original battery, but have had to recondition once because I left the parking lights on (stupid, I know!). I plan to replace it later this year before the next winter season 👍🏻 Cost to replace by dealership is about $550 (with taxes). Well worth it IMHO as this installation process is too complex for my dummy hands.
