I like to make my presence known. If you are referring to the clip at 3:00, that almost backfired on me. I was too close to them, to brake hard, when she decided to pull out in front of me. So I decided to give her an ear full of exhaust sound! Looking back on it now, that could have ended badly for me. Judging by the state of that car, it's safe to bet they didn't have a lick of auto insurance...and have caused multiple traffic collisions in the past.

That person never stopped. That's called running a red light. Almost stopping, is NOT STOPPED. They cut me off. They had a RED light, and I had a green light. Plain and simple. It's not that hard to understand. When you want to turn right on red, you first STOP, then MAKE SURE that it is BOTH safe and clear to proceed. You are NOT ALLOWED to change the speed and/or direction of ANY vehicle on the road on which you are joining. THAT'S the law. Oh yeah, by the way, they also was not supposed to turn left there either. They were supposed to go through the traffic light and turn right into that gas station. They crossed the double yellow lines AND a turning lane, to go into the gas station...but I guess they get a pass since they broke at least 3 laws.🙄 Get real dude. We can't see that their light was red at the exact moment the car crossed the stop line because they likely had a right turn arrow while you're direction of travel had a green light for left turns. It's the Cherohala Skyway in the Smokey Mountains National Park. That might be a little too far East for your taste, but absolutely worth the drive. I have not done it yet, but the Blue Ridge Parkway is supposed to be even better then the Cherohala Skyway. The Blue Ridge Parkway is a little bit longer. It's about 500 miles long. Not exactly a one day ride.

That part of the road funnels down from a 2 lane East and 2 lane West with a turning lane in the middle, to a 2 lane West 1 lane East with a turning lane in the middle and on the right. Then it goes down to a 2 lane. People have been "shooting the gap" there for as long as I have known about that road, and it happens every day of the week. Traffic cleared for me first, I went when traffic was cleared, they took off before traffic was clear, which happened to be the same time as me, so It's a toss up. They happened to be going straight, after they turned, and I used the turn lane to go a different direction. So🤷‍♂

I captured a three wheeled scooter that never used their blinker, no shoulder check, in fairly heavy traffic, in a work zone, and on the interstate. I don't remember, but I'm pretty sure he didn't have on riding gear either. Not a single clue, or care, in the world. I get that some of these guys want to have fun on their bike, but when reality knocks, it knocks hard.

I got into an accident like this. i was turning left and some dingus from 5 cars back decided to pass me on a double yellow. They got the ticket clip 8 3:18, no issue. So, clip 1, 3, and 8 were non issues clip 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 you put yourself into those situations or could have super easily avoided with minimal effort. imo i would recommend watching DanDan the fireman on YT. He goes through crash clips and analyzes them. Its good stuff
