You need both bikes to do this comparison. You compare saddles, seating positions, etc. Without both bikes I have to “imagine” the differences. Also one is 500 watt and one is 750 watt motor. Was this considered in your decision?

@ yes I watched the video. Your video explains that you chose one bike over another. Particularly focusing on the seating position. But if I have to visualize the seating position rather than seeing the seating position of the second bike I’m not seeing the point of this being a video. Also you don’t address the apparent differences in the motor or battery power and if that comparison made a difference in your decision.

does the frame type change the body position when you are riding? because it seems to that it is easier to keep a straight back position when riding the low step bike than it is with a high step? it also seems to me that in a low step, the handle bars are usually higher than in the other type? thing which allow sitting up straight. is this true? Thanks for the video.. very helpful

What a great video. Detailed explanation including the shim needed to adjust the seat post to spec. Well done. I have an AGS brand slightly different in design also sold by Aventon and it works exactly the same way. Thank you for making this video. Couldn't find another even from the manufacturer to help and in instructions that come with the post are useless unless you are into pain. Worked for me. Muchas gracias!

Hi. Thanks for the video. I had a question about loading the baby. Would I need a bike with a kick stand to load the baby onto the seat? I’m thinking of buying one of these for a canyon grail and was thinking if it would be hard balancing the baby and the bike at the same time
@nelsonleemiller

I don't use the kickstand when putting our chicken in this. The kickstand makes the bike lean over, and the weight of the child would literally make it fall. As you place your child in, it's pretty intuitive to keep the bike upright as you do it.

Especially for older riders or those with some issues - with hands, wrists, neck or back, the comfort bike geometry can improve comfort while riding significantly. The Pace 500.3 has those high, swept-back handlebars to address the above, plus the step-though model has a generous space to swing your leg through while mounting for those with limited range of motion or balance problems. I also added a Specialized comfort bike saddle and a suspension seatpost. Love this bike.

Your comparison is very helpful as I noted in previous comment. After testing both a step over and a step through., I do like the step over model but ultimately decided to go with the step through. I'm not getting any younger so not having to swing my leg over the saddle is appealing. I'll have to get the extra bar to use with my hitch rack and while I don't really want the water bottle up by my handlebars, I'll get used to it. Thanks again for a good comparison.

It's quite similar in a lot of ways. The two differences I can think of are the front shock which I do not think is needed (my wife and I were talking about this on a recent ride, we really don't think it is needed) and the other difference is 7 gears instead of 8.
