Thank you for the complement. It was a couple of years ago. Now it is hard to find students that stay time enough in the class, so that I can repractice this form. Maybe one day ...

Great performance! The movements were very clear and precise! I think I've seen this 2-person handset in an older Shaolin kung fu book that I have.

That was almost posture for posture how I learned this Northern Shaolin handset pronounced "Jit Kune". Nice performance!

Not Really. JdP is very much different. More simple, better tactics, more efficient. However the less simplicity of these styles makes it more demanding physically. That is why it is great for conditioning with fun... also European weapons are better, so a lot of more enphasizes in body skills in the chinese versions

I love that drunken form. I don't think that drunken form was mantis???
@j.g.h54912 жыл бұрын
Yes it is. Drunken Mantis, but we can say it is non traditional as it was created in 1930s in Hong Kong by Luo Gwang Yu, the famous Mantis King. I would say, a way to increase the teaching curriculum, as mantis was not very broad in number of forms. Hence, he added the Chin Woo forms and then some other forms from mantis as own creation
I like this technique. I like it a lot... Possibly the most effective variation of this technique I've ever seen. Thanks for posting this video with this technique.

where are sanda elbows
@j.g.h54913 жыл бұрын
here kzbin.info/www/bejne/m17Ll6h8etN6jKc Please note that SANDA (free hit) is the terminology for kung fu combat sports and has no elbows in the rules, traditional sanshou (free hand) has no rule set, so every school can have their own curriculum. In this school the fighting curriculum has elbow strikes, in tridimensional space up down sides

I was cured of HIV with the use of natural herbs. I love herbs so much. Sometimes, injection and drugs are just a waste of time. I was cured 8months ago but i had to wait for some months and did so many tests during this period to confirm that i am truly cured. I suffered from HIV for 2years, but with the help of Dr Eguabor herbal medicines,i was cured within some few weeks of drinking the herbs he sent to me through courier delivery service. This same doctor also cured my Aunty from herpes. As soon as i heard she had herpes,i referred her to the doctor and she was cured after drinking his herbs.I have since then referred about 4 persons and they were all cured from their various illnesses. Have you tried herbs before?. You have spent so much money on drugs,injections, etc and yet you have no good result to show for it. Dr Eguabor is a herbalist doctor,i believe he can help you if you can follow his instructions and drink his natural herbs. He has herbs that cures Covid-19,HIV, Herpes, Diabetes, Asthma, Hepatitis,he helps with money doubling,you can also contact him for spiritual powers etc. Contact Dr Eguabor by Email:[email protected] and WhatsApp him or call on:+2348107439905

Better do something to create an opening first before you attempt most of these techniques. Attacking from the front means there is a big chance you will eat some punches if you didn't set things properly up first.

Glad I found your channel learning Tang Lang and trying to observe other sources so I can get a better sense. My favorite part of training is doing the Qinna particularly when its non cooperative because then you have to adapt and adjust into something else or even switch to striking. One of my problems I find is I get lost in thought when trying to decide which move to go with.

Like most such demonstrations, doesn't adequately show what actually knowing what to do with the demonstrated sensitivity would look like. You're doing a pseudo-taiji-looking exercise certainly...without any idea of it's actual utility. I'm always amazed at people's willingness to expose others to their "thinking" about Taijiquan. You obviously haven't watched "Surviving Edged Weapons" and then compared your sensitivity drill against the kinds of attacks illustrated in that video.
@j.g.h54913 жыл бұрын
Well... actually I have done extensive training in Arnis Diablo/Baraw sugbo and Knife fighting with a very well known Edged weapons Master. This is not what you think it is, this is a fraction of the training, just as for instance chi sao drills are no fighting, this is to enhance a skill known as ding jing, that is done using only hands, here a marker is used ( which was a knife....what we had there to use ...)
