price is way way to high. It seems many developers are becoming greedy and think they can charge huge increase because of international buyers. But for the price they want for this villa, I can get a LOT better in Hui Hin (awesome quiet town) , Cambodia, Phillipines...and all are inside a gated community and within walking distance of the shops...so why would I bother with this?

Disappointed, no where near the price it should be listed at and if your going to spend your time and artistic talent they could have at least made the effort to clean it up and make it look presentable... This is not a representation of the quality of work I have seen you do. Sorry ..
