Yes, I did work fairly hard on this one. Lots of layering. I really appreciate you commenting on my personal music videos. You're about the only one who does. Apparently if it's not a soundtrack most people just aren't interested. Thanks again. Cheers.

Looks like there was a car chase with an Austin Healey 3000, so that's worth the price of admission right there. Speaking of Price, funny how he went from a pretty A-list star (Otto Preminger's Laura) to schlock-shock c-list regular in stuff like this. Pays to have a sense of humor I guess...

Have been a fan of your uploaded scores for a long time, but didn’t know you made your own music! This is great stuff, perfect for this first day of snow in Minnesota! Cheers!

Thank you very much my friend. Very cool that you have the ability to take a piece of music and apply it to a scene like snow. I compose this musical tapestry specifically to depict the ice and snow and mystery of Antarctica. Glad you liked it.

A uniquely well made film. A splendid score by Friedhofer. I wish that Laird Cregar had lived longer and made more films he had a awesome screen presence.

One of my favorite episodes from the CLASSiC tv series. I especially love early in the show when Donald Pleasence's character is arguing with his brother. I can't remember the exact lines, but something to the effect of: "wino heaven", "69 cents a gallon" and "liquid filth."

Hard to believe this is the same Fred Steiner that composed the Perry Mason theme in 1957.

Definitely one of the best scores ; have you got the 'love theme' that played over the end credits? It seems to be missing but was one the most beautiful pieces ever written

Thank you for this compilation! I liked the soundtrack so much I actually written to Luigi Ceccarelli, the composer, himself and asked whether it's available. He very politely answered that this music is NOT his production and the name of the composer on this movie (also called Luigi Ceccarelli) is a homonym.. Go figure! Still, it's a very atmospheric piece of work..

Thanks for these new Karlin scores Fish Man! A real treat as i have never heard, Karlin has become one of my fav composers , a lot thanks to you posting these unreleased gems. Not a huge discography (officialy), awesome seing new stuff uncovered! Nabbed some compilations of Karlin not long ago i think Karlin collection 1 and 2 they are called. Various diff films... like 4 tracks from each . 'Double Jeopardy' movie he scored a was a standout!

I saw this movie for the first time in 1986 in a dollar theater with only one screen. I was very depressed, knew nothing about the movie and was just trying to distract myself. It was an extraordinary experience and it really helped me with what I was dealing with at the time. Needless to say one of my favorite movies in my life. I have seen it dozens of times.

Music is great and so was the movie. It reminds you a little bit of the music from Peter Gunn which was my favorite private eye series of the times.

A fab film anyway, but what this uncontainable 4D soundtrack does right from the start is make 4D MAN a *Happening* . It makes impossible claims for any movie *not* starring Steve McQueen, & it never backs off. It's got total confidence.

5:07 this entire section is probably the most beautiful score I've heard from Columbo and the only clues suggest it's from the elusive Prescription: Murder Edit: oh, uuh, just one more thing! After extensive digging, this score is actually from Change of Habit, which is alongside Ransom For a Dead Man in scores by Billy Goldenberg
