good vid. had me chuckling about turning my car over on a freeway lmao. I felt that exact way 6 years ago. overall 7/10 content. but maybe cool off on the womens side - we all got struggles bigger than the females fr. after a certain age, women only come into the vision when you've got resource to offer them. basically standard mating dynamics past 27-30+.

What are your plans for this series bro? And are you gonna commit to a bulk maybe as well?
@stephen_chen17 күн бұрын
I’m thinking about bulking, def need some more meat on the bones. What do you think I should do?
@AleksandarJovanovic-om9rl16 күн бұрын
@@stephen_chen Bulking definitely helps put on mass, muscle and fat, but I think more importantly you should look at your current diet and see what you can add to improve it. For example, including more fruits and vegetables for micronutrients, high protein diet from different sources (animal and plant based if you like). This is probably more ideal just for health reasons and from there you can slowly increase your portion sizes to enter a caloric surplus (this is what I did because I could not eat for the life of me so I had progressively overload my food lol). And just train hard at the end of the day because training is what builds the muscle and the food you eat is what supports your training. One word of advice though, be careful if you venture into KZbin fitness because it is a cesspool of misinformation and other garbage.
@stephen_chen16 күн бұрын
@ my biggest problem is eating in calorie surplus. Can’t do it for some reason
@AleksandarJovanovic-om9rl16 күн бұрын
@@stephen_chen For now I reckon maybe just focus on improving your diet by looking at what you can add to make it better (not necessarily removing anything though). I struggled a lot with eating in a caloric surplus and I don't really know best solution. What worked for me was just eating food in general and necessarily tracking or worrying about eating in a caloric surplus. Getting at least 3-4 meals and snacking in between (liquid calories, nuts, fruit).
@stephen_chen15 күн бұрын
I’ll try those, thanks bro

Ok. But you need some mass equvilencies. I salute you though bro. Eat more till you're sick. That way you'll start looking sick bro. Cheers. I critique a tad,.... [ but proud to know your in to it ].

Those bad days are probably the most important days to work out. In my experience bro, I've found that whenever I skip gym cause of a bad day, it just ends up snowballing into multiple missed sessions. Good shit man
@stephen_chen24 күн бұрын
Yeah the snowball effect is deadly, how do you deal with depressing days
@AleksandarJovanovic-om9rl23 күн бұрын
@@stephen_chen To be honest bro, I just accept that it's gonna be one of those days. I try not to dwell on it too much because I feel like I end up feeling guilty and than the next day is just worse (snowballing again). I'm a young fellow (20 yrs old) so tbh bro I don't really have too much life experience, this is just what my friend from university suggested I do (he's an older guy). But he did warn me about taking too many days off, and to only take what I need to feel better as to not end up just slacking. But Idk bro, would love to hear your thoughts.

Drinking juice is like the worst weight loss tip. I lost 4 kg (60kg-56kg) just by not drinking juice and milk. Ik this won’t be as affective for everyone, I have a very fast metabolism, but just eat an orange man. You get good fibers and you feel full, unlike juice where you just get sugars.
