Actually. i shaved 1/3 of my hair. this spring . . .. . felt this 20 jears ago but had to raise my kids to become a good buddhist thinking adult the best i could in the given situation. I did. We dont have monastrys here in the netherlands. . . . .ive been in one in France & i chanted the prayers like i have never done nothiong then doing THAT. It felt as a confirmation om my souls-purpose. . . but well. I had to practice endurances what i did. All the colours, the red, the oranges, the jounes my home, my clothing. . . if jou dont know jou wont see. . . But i DID use always cloth, in a buddhist way of how the dress is done or wrapped? but u used CONTAMPAIR colours. . . .i forgot all obout this for a long long time. Why i did that. & also i wondered WHY am i SO stubborn on sme things? But i founf out. A teaching of a Lama about trolling the buddha gave all thoose memeorys back. Its the VOWL i innerstood. I took then one by one, as a practice & it bacam a sort-of-oil-thatt DEHYDRATE waters of life as in meaning of emotions.. . oil always flotes on top of water. & that are the VOWLS for me. i took at 16/17 girly not wanted to be involved in NOTHING the world showed me. i became gardnener & im skilled, became mother, that perfected me in ANY way. Now its 2024. my kids do their boddi-citta practice or learning it. I said STICK to jour principales. if they are good. they work. if they are not good. LET IT & take on a new VOWL i greet jou from here out of nowhere (netherlands) mapiamaria (nickname for internet) Hare hare. Krische krischena & all other centiens may be involved in the teachings of the buddha

@@Paljorsherpa00 i feel i need to study on one tradition, but im not sure where i have started the path. . a long time ago. i want to return to the wheel os samsara, but now fromout KNOWLIDGES, not fromout intiutievs femina perspectiv. Im 50 i have time. they dont need me to shine my licht & let them be. I i learn how to speak the true knowlidges I could return maybe the suffering i see for me its to bigg to handle for one person i want to start fromout a old lineage but im not clear with one is accesable. i could become a monk. i wont go to india & im wont go to a western teacher. im not into one weeks retreat or 10 day silances. ive heard in nepal maybe there is a teacher but i dont know who he is. what tradition do jou think is possible? You are respectable i need advise of a wise man. maoia
