Please kindly show me where to get chaffcutter to buy
@Sumuni-z5m18 күн бұрын
I do prefer the chaffcutter except when doing maize silage. The normal chopper normally gets stuck frequently so even when doing maize silage, I hire the county tractor to chop the maize and compact.

Well done for starting! Keep moving my brother. A little bit of sacrifice to buy your helper a shovel and gumboots can make the work a little bit easier for him. Otherwise keep moving. We are inspired

Am dairy farmer, using chaffcutter but there instances I wish I had the chopper esp when doing the maize silage, my neighbor has a local jua Kali chopper which I find trouble some interns of breakdowns and speed of chopping, saving so that I will buy the more advanced chopper, In my opinion in a dairy farm you need both for different applications.
@_SurvivalAceАй бұрын
@@LUICAMUthoni that's correct, if you can buy both in your farm the better..

You've got a subscriber,I bought a feed chopper machine & I've experienced lots of breakdown problems with the feed chopper,the smaller grass particles tamper with the bearing wheel next to the feeds entry point into the machine,as at this point I'm tired of constantly having to replace the bearing & I'm just thinking I have to buy chaff cutter as soon as end of the month
@_SurvivalAce3 ай бұрын
@paulinkencattlefarm Thanks for subscribing🙏, so sorry for that problem you experience please ensure you remove the small grass particles after using the machine everytime to avoid accumulation of the particles on the bearing point that with time cause problems...always ensure you have a brush to clean the grass particles on your machine after every use
