@RailfanUS I am a fan of their steam program I have been on the 844 3 times I was in Cheyenne when the 3985 was pulled from beside the station to be rebuilt and have seen it and the 844 running. I have yet to see the 4014 running I have only seen the one on display in the park in Cheyenne

This is a good spot. I used to come here in the late 1970's when you could catch plenty of GG-1's. I would suggest going to the NY bound platform in the morning as the light is better and you are not shooting into the sun. Also you can get some nice shots of trains coming across the bridge from Newark.

@@rebooted.jupiter_ ahh love that area for trains, idk if u can hear the music playing but this was at a football game I was at, all freshman would go with the Varisty players to support the team then when it was halftime everyone except the freshman went to the locker room so I was lucky to get my phone and record this train during halftime at the dumont football field, we beat them btw so thanks CSX 🤣

Yeah just y’know just check out locations like these with a lot of freight action and you might get lucky because I actually didn’t know this was coming but I’m soon uploading something else which is like 50x more rare on a CSX train.
