I so wanted to love this. The concept, the artwork, the song titles all scream, "Brilliant!". But it's not, sadly. Just ho hum especially in the two most important areas; songs and vocals.

Good stuff! I enjoyed it. No stupid 30sec to 2min intro. No synths, no programming, no annoying power speed double kick drum, no grinding down tuned guitars and not having to fill every space with overplaying just because it's there. Good compositions, playing AND singing. Thanks.

Hmm... Die Vorgängeralben waren schon irgendwie etwas schneller/fetziger. Vielleicht kann ich mich noch reinhören. Bisher ist das neue Album aber eher eine Enttäuschung.

not heavy metal...but fantastic band!

This is the 7th album by this band and that surprises me as for a lot of bands this would be their 1st or 2nd effort. They are still missing something. The fire is not there. There is a spark, but it never catches on. Some good moments. The drums seem to be a bit too much in the mix and the guitars are not leaving any memorable solos. A bit bland to be honest and it drags on.
