I just got done 2 days ago and I am feeling congested. It comes and go which is weird. Any advice. I am doing the nasal drape every hr and I am doing the irrigation 2 times a day one in the morning and at night. Any advise

Hey and I understand how you feel and it is going to feel weird at times because it will come and go periodically…my advice is to just keep doing exactly what you are doing..I did the exact same thing and around the 4th/5th day you should start feeling less congested…just hang in there cause I know it’s very annoying to be congested like that but you can get through it..you got this..I wish you the best🙏🏽🙏🏽…tfw💜

Wow the memories....my dad was stationed here in the 70s....I went to Hale Kula elem from kinder to third grade.....my brothers and I all played football and had games near the back gate where it goes to Wallua and Haleiwa....we used to drive thru the Waianae mtn range, Kole Kole pass and go to the Army beach, Oahu was a different place back then. I was born in Tripler Hopital in 1964. My mother, father, sister and two brothers are all buried in Punchbowl, so many memories were made on that base.

Hey and mine started going away on the third/fourth day…until then it can be difficult to breathe through nose but just hang in there…you got this…hope it gets easier for you soon..tfw💜

old SPICE GENTLEMEN body wash ,native cucumber mint or eucalyptus body wash is good to. Also, i use Vaseline sensitive skin lotion or Aveeno sensitive lotion. and Cetaphil. The Harrys bodywash is good and native body spray/deodorant spray is fire.

Just got a balloon sinuplasty yesterday along with a turbinate reduction so I’m glad to have come across your video, it helps listening to others experiences, can’t breath at all through my nose but since it’s only day 2 post op I’m hoping it begins clearing up by next week!

@@traceiveronicatvhave to say after over a week since I got the procedure it’s been worth it so far! The congestion did lighten up on the third day but I wasn’t able to breath through my nose till the fifth, but once I was able to breath again wow! I’ve had post nasal drip for months and for years now I’ve had to constantly blow my nose every couple of minutes, and now? I only have to clean my nose after a sinus rinse and any coughing I had to do before is gone! And I’m barely a week in since the procedure so now I’m looking forward to how I’m gonna feel a month from now, kinda wish I’d gotten this done sooner after realizing how much better I feel after it but better late than never!

if i had a man, id make him use the dial gold soap, then use the old spice oasis body wash, of course barbasol shaving cream for him to shave, aussie avacado oil and jojoba oil shampoo & conditioner, cocoa butter lotion and then the old spice oasis antiperspirant/deodorant. and wear either a vanilla or chocolate perfume or jovan musk for men or stetson cologne.

Myself personally i use the gold bar dial soap, then use dr bronner peppermint, then finish off with avenno body wash with shower mit. Some may think its over kill but i rather be safe than sorry
