Get checked for autoimmune disease, hormone imbalance, low grade dehydration. I had hair fall for ages & only found out 5 years ago that I have Lupus so it's lupus induced alopecia areata

This is what I did for a client with fat ends, I combed it slightly to loosen some hair and trimmed around it to shape the ends.
