This helped get me started, but I figured out an easier way to remove the wick. Just flip the whole wick holder, and pull out the internal sleeve, and then just pull the wick out.

My stub shaft ironically popped out after having my diff oil checked. I pryed it back in and hasn't leaked since. So is it ok or that's the way it locks in? Does a snap ring hold it in or something?

I kept putting mine back together and it would not crank the wick up, then I watched you say to crank it up before I put the wing nuts on. That did it, I had to lift it off alittleand just hold it on while I pushed it down to the wing nut bolts. I had towork mine a few times to get it to work right though. Thanks man.

Thx very helpful video because everyone was leaving one important step out and that winding up the wick before you lock it down with the wing nuts. Because you won’t be able to bring the wick up if you don’t do that step. Thx again for not leaving that very important detail out. Five stars ⭐️

Love the video you are a natural! BTW you forgot about the hi beam! Double click the on and off to see the difference just be careful it can get hot. I just bought one for my Extar EP9 PCC so for the price you cant beat it!. It may be a bit different in looks but it works well with the same features and benefits the 100+ dollar lights have plus you don't have to deal with a wire and separate switch taking up space. The test will be how long the charge lasts in use and stored away. We also need to see if it can take a pounding and moisture.

If I'm not mistaken, these trucks are rated for 4 ply Passenger load tires. The XT's are exclusively 10-ply tires, which have a different range of load entirely. For instance my tundra is rated for 29psi front 32psi rear on a "P"265/65r17. running "LT"285/70r17 they need to be inflated up to about 36front 38 rear psi for a similar load range. 10 plys are naturally stiffer tires and are meant for heavy towing and off roading. I still only Inflate them to 35psi all the way around for convenience, but even still get decent wear. Firmer ride throughout, but better performance. 🤙 Passenger rated tires will max out at 44psi or 51psi depending. 10ply LT's have a max of 80psi but the way they carry and disperse load is vastly different than a standard load tire. Id recommend googling tire pressure calculator so you can do an accurate calculation of what pressures to run on your rig. Save you some pennies in the long term.
