These were awesome videos and updates from both the J22 and J24 World's. Ashley Love knows what she is talking about and the video is concise and very well done. Great drone shots. I wish they would add a "leader board" graphic before adn after each video so you know who's doign what. It was weird to see Doyle score two bullets the first day, and then disappear for the rest of the week. The America's Cup should be calling Odenbach!

It is so interesting to look at the differences in sail trim. Lots of variation in jib luff tension, for example.

Where do all the boats come from? Are they local or do they get shipped here?
@ramble162 ай бұрын
A little of both. Two of the teams from Japan keep a second boat on the west coast of the U.S. Others trailed in. Others chartered local boats.

Thank you for editing and posting these videos. It would be nice if some of the clips were longer to show the context of what is happening. At 10:52 there was an unexpected lead change clip that was too short to understand what happened.
@T2PTVSailingOnDemand3 ай бұрын
The context is that San Diego didn't get their jib going at the leeward mark so the lead change was foreshadowed. Then the lead change happened at 10:51. With a menu of over 100 races it's hard to show everything! Thanks for you comment.

We get every breeze condition here in Annapolis! It has been evening storms that cause cancellations more than lack of wind here this season. And, so ya know, we only filmed 5 Thursdays even though there were many more than actually transpired. If you want to see EVERY week filmed and produced, make sure the host and sponsors know it!

Hello from New Zealand 🇳🇿 As a long time sailor and new yacht owner I’ve been watching your series for a while and am loving it. One day I hope to visit and maybe have the opportunity to enjoy it first hand. Will you be having a season wrap show with the prize giving as a finale? Take care and see you next season ✌️❤️ Michael Ogden

Hello, New Zealand! Thanks for watching!! 🙌. Not this time around. The award ceremony is a jovial celebration party with Quantum Sails reps Jason Curie and Scott Nixon grillin' up sausages all night long. It's such a blast. Crazy that it flew by SO fast!

Thanks for another season of entertaining and expert commentary with great footage. Sorry the weather wasn't very cooperative on the last series... it's so frustrating to have a race cancelled or abandoned!!
