Was assigned to search on the second floor of a two story structure fire years back. I was doing what you shouldn't do, which was walking around in smoked out conditions. I was about one step away from a 4 foot by 4 foot hole with a fully involved room below. Didn't notice the hole until I was right up on it. One more step and I would of fallen in for sure......I like the idea of this slide technique. Seems less likely to fall head first into a basement or other hole

Nice demonstration. We use the "tri-pod" slide position for locking off the hose line. It is an easy transition to the search technique as we just train to keep the wall side leg up instead of the hose side leg up. Cheers.

🙏🙏🙏 Why aren't your video views increasing? And not reaching people? The reason is 1. Your video is not being SEO properly 2. Your video is not reaching the right people 3. Not using video hashtags properly 4. Not sharing the video on social media There are a few more reasons. That's why your videos are limited to your channel. Can't get out In a word, your video is awesome. such videos are in great demand. If you do these things correctly. Hopefully you will get a lot of visitors. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have. If i can help a wonderful person like you. Feel lucky. I will cooperate with you in all kinds. I am waiting your reply,

Great door pop. I have also used a pry bar/rock bar on metal screen. That extra weight and length helps get good leverage.

Sorry Trev we forgot to press record for that do you think you can get us another door so we can have another go....... Great video.. lovely to see so much reason/logic for the decisions on what order to do the cuts.

Cut one and two great , throw chain in number one then back out number two hook em to a truck and pull the entire the door out . Lots of variables in this garage door stuff , a two car door could have a removable post to keep the door from being pushed inwards. A torsion spring lift system might have sliding electromagnetic locks on one side or both . I was never a fireman but I know how to break stuff.

Quick question: why do you need a dump line in a relay operation for relieving pressure if your engine already has a built in pressure control device (for example, the Total Pressure Master)? Isn't the whole point of the pressure control mechanism to prevent those surges in pressure in case lines get shut down and wouldn't that make a dump line unnecessary?

I use and enjoy this method. One recommendation: if you do use this method, make sure you practice and are comfortable disconnecting yourself from the can should it or you get stuck in a way where you need to get it off your person. Thankful for the knowledge share on this channel!

If you're using proper drag techniques, rarely. You may find a woman with large breasts, that may get in the way, on a traditional drag, but there are far better methods. Here are some examples of a dirty drag method I would recommend: kzbin.info/www/bejne/inSueZqvoLyAd7M | kzbin.info/www/bejne/qonYYWeaZ9GoZsk

Think about the money that is spent by a town fighting fires. The time it takes to get doors open to rescue victims and get interior fires extinguished. The increased costs to insurance companies for all the extra damage that wasted time can cause. The cost of fixing the front door when it is only needed for entry when the fire could be in the garage or other remote location. All commercial buildings have Knox Box by the entry doors. The fire department has a key to that box and the building entry key is inside it. Put a Knox Box at the front door of every residential structure. The town, the insurance companies and the homeowner could all chip in, and entry could take just seconds and with no damage.
