It depends on your application. If you are running a PC then UPS mode is best option for you. In other case Eco mode is enough.

@@PranabsLab in house no earthing wiring but in starting ups don't do shock while touching battery terminals but now I get a current shock while the touching battery terminals why it's happening??

The arc is produced between the contacts of circuit breaker as the air gap is formed between them.. And when the contacts are open at the tip of moving contact a huge current is present with high elecro magnetic energy due to which the air gets ionized and allows the huge current to flow towards the fixed contact as a result the electro magnetic energy get converted to electro static energy . Thus the arc is occured between the contacts of circuit breaker. This phenomenon is called as " phenomenon of arc ".

I have an Eaton Nova AVR 1250 Ups thats not coming on or charging the battery!After following your instructions and connecting the power my Ups comes on BUT only for about 5 seconds seconds and then goes off again!What can be the problem?Thanx!
