Those were all part of Brutal Company Plus, which randomizes events, including monsters being outside. A specific mod allowing monsters to leave the facility is LethalEscape!

So we have about 30 mods, but most of them are like support packs that actually allow the mods in-game to be seen. If you'd like the full list let me know!
