Dear Lawd, what lies. 0:24 Solar and Wind cause black-outs? Hardly. Like Winter Storm URI? Largest FAIL was Gas (40%), followed by Coal (30%), and Nukes (25%). So the "plan" is to build more Gas. Typical stupid that got us here.

Go ahead and send me the list I have been following this closely. Another mention could have been about how Bitcoin mining is helping the grid level out in Texas and is a great benefit to the consumer.

I live in Channelview and I’ve been a music teacher for the past thirteen years now but it is not panning out to be a sustainable career in terms of finances. We can make ends meet but we aren’t really saving. I’m thinking about going back to school and studying instrumentation so I could get on at a plant like Lyondell and do the work my dad is about to retire from.

Does the "Big" in your channel name stand for big business? You sound like a big business lobbyists with your one sided explanation. The purpose of Chevron was to defer to experts when there is vagueness in a statute. The congress purposely makes their laws for agencies vague because, in most circumstances, they are not subject matter experts. Agencies hire qualified experts to fill in the blanks and add specifics. What the Supreme Court has done by turning over Chevron is to set themselves up as the subject matter experts and make themselves responsible for making decisions they are not qualified to make. Yet another power grab by the unsupreme court to work towards its agenda of supporting Project 2025. This overturning of presidence is the conservative courts attempt to weaken the legislative branch and gives the conservative court the ability to unjustly change laws to meet their agenda. Based on the corruption the supreme court has shown over the years the meaning of statutes can now be determined by the highest bidder, to whoever offers Clanance Thomas the best vacation, or Traitor Trump himself rather than those that are qualified. Corruption at its finest!!!

The EPA labeled CO2 a "pollutant " so they would have the authority to regulate it under the Clean Air Act. The EPA could label Oxygen a pollutant under this same agency power. Chevron decision ended that, thank God.

How about energy optimization of existing infrastructure? Going "bigger" is never always better and reviewing simple operations to uncover waste, like shutting a ball valve, that sequester carbon and reduce GHG emissions by educating operators to effectively utilize what they got. Thoughts?
