The UroLift procedure has failed TWICE for me, now looking for third and FINAL BPH fix. Seems that most "MIST" procedures fail in long term as the prostate just continues to swell, like in the UroLift pushing past the pins holding it back temporarily. The Rezum steam thing, the TURP all keep swelling up. The lasers and the aquablation seem would have best long term fix as the tissue is GONE if it is done to the "skin" of the prostate. How would the 10 to 12 left over pins from the UroLIft complicate the laser or aquablation procedures?

The covid vaccines were improperly tested. A control group should remain unvaccinated, not vaccinated 2 months into a 3-4 year safety and efficacy study. One Dr. Jason Molinaro, who has long worked on Providence--St. Patrick's acute psychiatric unit, NBMI, rejected my lawful access to the NBMI unit when, just around 6 weeks after the above conflict, I attempted suicide by hanging, a direct result of turning a blind eye to the impacts of this above conflict. These are things that trigger suicidal ideation, for more so than weather patterns, hello? I am a well established defender of the rights of mentally ill American citizens, and have well proven ongoing abuses of mentally ill Americans by today's American psychiatrists, bringing about long past due federal oversight and intervention to who different state managed mental hospitals, including the MT State Hospital in 2016-2017. As such, I fabricate not one thing in this context, and for the record herein, Providence-St. Patrick's Hospital recently hired a known to be abusive psychiatrist, Dr. Colby Wang, who MT DPHHS had, in fact, been forced let go in fall, 2016, on basis of his known abusive mannerisms when he was employed by the Montana State Hospital. Just ask the good folks with MT Disability Rights about this. But I can also and I do attest to this in my own right, for I was once one of Wang's own patients willing to trust him at the MT State Hospital, prior to what he was sent packing. Note, as well, that MT DPHHS provided Wang a quiet resignation in fall 2016, not wanting to admit that they had even hired the man in 2015. Yes, this hospital has provided safe haven to a known abuser of mentally ill Americans, and as such, does pose great risk to all and any mentally ill citizens of MT who may turn to there for critically needed care. Note herein, punitive retaliation in all of its forms remains the hallmark defensive mechanism of bad acting psychiatrists, and this includes such denials of access to care, on basis to any person willing to exercise their Constitutional right to free speech, as pertains to their own flow of care. Grateful I kept researching and stumbled upon this video! I am dealing again with non stop diverticulitis attacks I am 57 and the pain is unbearable as all of you know so well. Years ago I had it bad then all of a sudden it just went away come 2019 back it shows up with a vengeance. I was hit with horrible stress in my life which seems to be a trigger for me. Now I have had every year non stop attacks! Gastro docs here keep wanting to do a soft approach not even antibiotics so I went to Urgent care to get them. Now I am on Flagyl 500mg 3x daily for this attack. I am so fed up with the Gastros where I live they keep hitting me with this idea of OH we don't use antibiotics any more to handle diverticulitis instead we want you to try teas and fiber supplements. Well I tried those an it didn't work! Made me in more severe pain and nauseated. I have lost so much time of my life dealing with diverticulitis pain and trying to get help from doctors who just stare at me or dont answer my messages for help for days. It's like they dont know what to do! My attacks go on for weeks they do not end in a few days like the docs say. I think the medical community need updated on this condition. I loose so much weight and lay in constant pain.

This was very helpful. Thank you. I had my first colonoscopy 15 yrs ago and they told me there were diverticula present and sent me home w a list of what not to eat. Yes, nuts and popcorn was a big part) My last colonoscopy 4 yrs ago was clear. 2 months ago I started getting unbelievable pain throughout the day. It would come on and last 5 -20 seconds and subside.This would last like 3-4 days hardly able to work. While at my oncologist appointment, I was telling him this and he sent me to get a CT Scan. Acute Diverticulitis. Gave me antibiotics and I felt better. A week later, have another attack. Lasts about 3 days. And then recently another much worse episode that included fever, intense pain and diarrhea. My PCP ordered another CT scan and it’s still says diverticulitis but not acute. I’m soooo afraid to eat anything to trigger this happening. It’s impossible to work when it occurs. I’m w Scripps in SD and I was fianally able to get a gastroenterologist appt for the end of the month. Hope to get this resolved soon. My left side feels sore constantly. Let me say.. I eat healthy and walk ALOT. Not obese. 🤷‍♂️
