A metal loop for the clip, directly on the door anchor (rather than needing the extra length of the ankle strap) would be helpful. Good video.

As for the hammer curls his regular handles do them just fine they have a wide sides you just turn them sideways I've always did them like that..
@thefix-itguyreviewer8151Ай бұрын
Can you do curls standing away from the machine using those little half bars by getting a huge stretch like an incline curl
@thefix-itguyreviewer8151Ай бұрын
On the chest incline press he's not even going all the way down the most important part of building muscle is in the stretch science proven. That's where the least resistance is on bands.
@thefix-itguyreviewer8151Ай бұрын
I have your curl bar but you should have also made a long straight bar that I had to get secondary on Amazon that works better than the curl bar in my opinion especially when you're doing lat pulldowns, shrugs and stuff like that I don't know why you didn't make a straight bar.. For instance when I do shrugs I lie down flat on the ground and then I have an anchor close to the bottom of the floor. Then you have the bands set up you need but there's not enough tension you have to be further away from the wall so then I get like a ladder or a Home Depot bucket and put it against the wall so I can push against that with my feet and it feels fantastic. The only problem is with your curved bar especially if you're using grip assist it doesn't hold well on that bar it feels very awkward doing any type of pulling, squats or whatever I don't like it at all other than for curls which I don't even need cuz I like the straight bar better, and or rigging up some incline type of curls.

In other words to get the most out of bands you would have to be able to set it up so when you pushed at the very top the rope would just stop it to get the best stretch at the bottom and I don't know if you can do that with this machine..
@thefix-itguyreviewer8151Ай бұрын
It just seems like this machine is designed for your top half of your strength not the bottom half the stretch where you build most muscle that has been proven with sports science many times. It should be focused on the bottom half of the lift not the top seems like you're doing half reps at the top which is not how you build the most muscle. With the bench press Also for instance when you were doing curls again looks like half reps at your strongest point not the stretch. For instance a much better exercise would be incline bicep curls where you stretch at the bottom When I use my bands now I have rigs all over my walls and actually a good job on a bench using your anchors. And I stretch the band out as far as it can go from the wall at the bottom to simulate a bicep incline curl. When the rope stops the band I will do half reps where you build the muscle the most in the stretch Bands literally don't help this at all so that's a problem.
@thefix-itguyreviewer8151Ай бұрын
The biggest problem with bands which doesn't address this in this flexicon. Is that they found that you build more muscle on the stretch in your stretch position actually doing partial reps all the way stretched kind of like an incline dumbbell and you don't even have to go up all the way you build more muscle faster. This is proven by science which is the complete opposite of bands and especially this machine. As you can see when he demonstrated the bar bench press he's not even touching his chest!! So you're not getting a lot of stretch on the down position which I can actually do a lot better rigging a regular bench with my elastic bands and a big long elastic band bar you can get on Amazon.. When I use the bands I stretch them out as far as I can go until the string stops them and then I can do partials that way looks like you can't do that with this bench In a lot of positions. The amount of weight at the bottom of a bench press versus the top is a huge difference with these You're talking almost a 30 to 40% difference but you want the weight at the bottom at the stretch with all of your muscles if possible. Again probably not good if you have joint problems but if you have no joint problems then this will not be an issue if you have good form. So that's my biggest concern.. technically I can make rigs in my house that will work better than this honestly to get that extra stretch that you need to build more muscle
@Optimus-Prime-Rib15 сағат бұрын
Just needs a cambered bench press bar to get that stretch
@thefix-itguyreviewer8151Ай бұрын
What about HIT training Meaning right now with your bands I have things set up in my basement on the walls with your anchors. I could go from my bench press that I found a way to anchor your bands with the anchors under the bench with a straight bar from Amazon it hooks up the bands You lean back on the bench and you just adjust the tension with the chains you grab the bar and you just pull it onto your chest they'll be some tension which is good because you have more of a stretch. I do a set of bench press, then I go over to the lat pull down with another bar, and I go back and forth I also do this with shoulders, biceps, and triceps doing it this way there's no rest and you're building up cardiovascular workout high intensity HOW IN THE HECK WOULD YOU DO THAT WITH THIS MACHINE? That is absolutely huge for me I have to do that..

This is very hard as very few people have a strong enough core to simple lay on the floor, feet straight out and do one sit-up. I’ll try this but I think mastering the other assisted sit-up first may help
