I was happy to hear about his method of stacking poker chips. I bought a bag of marbles and did something similar. I could clearly see that my edge was successful in back testing once I filled a jar with marbles. I repeated this process over and over for many months of back testing until I built the confidence to go live and use the marbles to represent one unit of risk.

Man, he's right. i just tracked all my issues, and because i don't take my profit, and keep moving targets. and keep going because i did good. i lose the profits. and then on some days tilt. I just recently fixed this. Im hoping i can do what he did. or even just 10% lol!

23:30, wtf are you on about, why is a trader making profits seen as a problem, if the withdrawal comes with an profit split the more profits a trader makes then the firm benefits, why would you view a trader making profits as a trader being a liability?

At 21:42, the way he speaks about payouts proves that the payouts are not coming from actual trades, his comment makes no sense, you should never be having an issue with profits being made, those profits should be benefitting both parties that is why they have the 80/20 profit split idea.

At 16:45 this guy just proved that the 20% profit that the prop firm generally takes from payouts means nothing, they are trying to get you to lose.
