For those insulting or complaining it is only God that will judge you. A similar issue occurred to a tenant and we told him to go and complain at the local Aedc. He was charged 3k and given this code. Was about to do d same before I just googled and found this video and my issue was resolved. I don’t blame you people. Note: For any electricity distribution companies in Nigeria you can also get your KCT1 & KCT 2 digits from your transaction details or receipt when you load online or request for it at your local electricity provider office.
