Nice video. Looking to try this place out later this year. Do you happen to know what area or site numbers have the best lake view and or access?

Hiya! Thanks for sharing this place. Do you know if it is open year round?
@christophergoff37342 жыл бұрын
I think it may close in late fall. When in doubt it always best to call ahead in any case. The open and closing sometimes changes due to staffing

My problem with my T-Mobile 40gig of Hot Spot is when your off their network and are roaming on another network you get throttle after 5gigs of roaming. T-Mobile told me today it doesn't matter where I am in the country that I will be limited to 6gigs go Hotspot when roaming off their network. This does not work for us, only after one day when travel we are maxed out for the entire month unless we move back into a T-Mobile network and then the clocks set. How can I get more than 5gigs of Hotspot when domestic roaming? I'm sure the other networks are the same. Do I need a VPN or a cellular router or something to fly under the radar?

I had to chuckle when you said at the 3:00 minute mark the lake was pretty big at 5,000 acres when Kerr reservoir is actually 50,000 acres with about 850+ miles of shoreline! :)

You'll improve your vids if you get a wind muff for your camera microphone. Also the music was a bit loud. Between the two, 90% of your narrative is lost.

Same problem we have with our MVNO (Visible, Tracfone, Ting, etc) carriers on phone. If you are on a Verizon tower, in our case, great data speeds. But, as we are in a rural area, many towers are not company owned away from the interstate. Doesn’t effect voice, but data is not exist (less than 500kpbs).

Woman named Amanda Nenigar lost in the desert could only make voice calls to 911 because her MVNO had no domestic roaming. Search and rescue was looking in the wrong area because the operator put the LAT LONG in a website incorrectly he didn't understand the difference between DMS, and Dotted decimal. If she had domestic roaming she could have dropped a pin location in a text message sent it. I drove down to AJO Arizona with my phone using Mint Mobile (Tmoble now) it said 911 calls only could not even text anyone even 911.
