Studio Tour is truly a magical part of the day at Universal. Just walking through the initial entrance and through the bridge to the escalator with the city and Mountain View in the distance is such a beautiful sight.

I finally got to ride the original tower recently after only being able to go on guardians, and this version is infinitely better. just standing in the queue, looking up at the tower, rain pitter pattering on my face, listening to the haunting music that lures you into the hotel, observing the dilapidated state of the outside garden, the foliage over running the once magnificent water fountains, the interior left forgotten cobwebs covering every inch of the walls and the once grand statue dead set in the middle of the room left to rot as the music continues to echo through the halls, a constant reminder of the golden age. This ride not only has amazing theming, but an amazing story told excellently just from the atmosphere from its outdoor/indoor queue, this is something Disney has failed to recreate in California, the emotion I felt staring up at the Hollywood Tower Hotel that rainy afternoon cannot be replicated. One of, if not the best attraction Disney has ever made, we will meet again, I don't know where, and I don't know when, but I know we'll meet again some sunny day..

Going on this ride was the absolute scariest thing my 6 year old self had ever experienced

I honestly prefer it being a guardians ride now. Way more fun that way. Yeah I have nostalgia for the old one, but still.

Man, something about this loop is powerful. I can listen to it over an over. It calms me, it helps me focus, it makes me happy. Truly all-purpose. I love that it's not JUST Disney songs, it truly is a celebration of all kinds of classic movies. I wish I'd gotten to hear it in a park! RIP to classic Studios parks in both USA and Paris.

Why doesn’t the Spanish voice get into character? I want to hear him say “Este tren es LO MAS LOCO DEL DESIERTOOOO!” Or something funny like a Spanish soccer commentator.

I ended up falling asleep to this video about a week or so ago. This is surprisingly calming to listen to!! :)
