Hello I not able to replace rigid body to flexible body. It means in flexible link box I am not able to select link. The flexible file browser works properly.

Thanks for your awesome video. I have one question when you select retrieve machine, on my screen there is no option for robot. Would this be a licensing issue or have a missed part of the download options. When i look in the mach folder there are some robot kinematic models.

When I open LicensingTool it gives an error: "Failed to connect to the license server. License server is down or not responding."

Hi Matthew, you could try to do a "ping" test in command window to see if you have communication with the license server. Communication with the license server is critical when borrowing licenses.

after i chose which license i want to borrow there is no need to press v next to the things that appear in the borrowing settings window?

Hi Eyal, unfortunately I do not know what your license structure looks like. It might be that borrowing is not enabled on your license. My advice would be to consult your local reseller.
