Nice multispecies day. I seem to often get bites when I'm not paying attention. I've never heard of a pigfish. Congrats on the 500+ subscribers.

Thanks for watching! Pigfish are very fun to catch especially you get a nice size one. They can put up a fight!

Nice assortment of fish. Let me ask you a question, you & Simon are experts on surf fishing in OBX. Can you catch pompano & use them for bait for sharks? Somebody told me you could use mullet, pinfish & spot but not pompano

@ChesapeakeChris The best bait for catching sharks I would say is sting rays. I couldn't bring myself to using pompano as bait, plus most consider a game fish for fun and eating.

Those little sharks were crazy. I've never caught little sharks at OBX. The wind looked pretty bad, but you all caught fish. Nice video
