Hello, thanks for the videos. Which computer specs do you think are adequate for running simulations like these, including for Lumerical FDTD runs? I would like to simulate plane waves iteratively reflecting or scattering between a metasurface and a mirror, mainly on Lumerical FDTD. Also, do you know if Lumerical only runs on Windows 10 or 11?

Thanks for this! Very informative. Just curious to know if you'll discuss the Photonic crystals in this series of FDTD with Meep?

Thanks so much for sharing! I wonder if it is possible for me to add Components(for example, 's-bend wave guide' in Integrated optics), I tried the command "fdtd.addsbend()", but it didn't work. If it possible to add Components in FDTD, how can I add that? Or if not, is that mean I have to write them from the very beginning(aka, from structures) if I want to add them in python api?

Hello, thank you for your very well done simulation, I have been doing simulation for few months, a question regarding the result that we get, the reflection and the transmittance. Is there a way to obtain at the end the scattering, the absorption and the extinction of the system ? if Yes could you please explain the process ?
