Plug wires are a bit big, but everything else is spot on

I realized that after I was done. I should have looked harder for the wires. I finally found them inside an ethernet cable.

I just built a pro street with dual carbs I took paper clips custom bent them into a set of fuel lines they terminate in between the engine and fire wall before gluing them on took a red sharpie and colored them red it made a very real looking set of anodized red fuel lines, details!!👍

Assuming you have a computer and printer and are not just modelling.. Using smaller scale oil drums (1/48 or 1/35 ) and spare decals would cut out computer. Rather heavy looking crates for oil cans .evergreen do make smaller strip

Did the Riviera hose really go from the radiator to the firewall ??
@JoeFortunato00911 ай бұрын
Something new... If you have old ear buds, the wires inside are perfect for 1/24 scale engine wires.

I'm working on a 1932 Chevy roadster old metal kit (Hubley). Your hints and tips are extremely helpful! Wow. It's been a bear trying to find good equivalents to increase accuracy of the kit. Thank you! I'm still trying to figure out how to make the seats and interior doors look like material, rather than plastic, or just bare metal. Hubley kits are rather old, but are crying out for detail.

Go to a place like "Hobby Lobby" and either but cheap material or leather from their leather section. Contact cement on to the door cards, headliner and seats. If not and if you have a color printer. Look up old seat cover material. Print if ang glue it down.

Joe, does the Duve tape come in different colors?
@JoeFortunato00911 ай бұрын
I don't know? The Mrs. works for a company that makes tapes of all types. That's the only color she found. She did find this chrome tape used for duct work, makes excellent chrome tape for trim.

Holy shit! Genius! But hey! What did the military kit provide to pull off the look out of the box?
@JoeFortunato009 Жыл бұрын
They didn't provide anything. The hoses on the hood I just drilled and added. The reel and the lines were empty. I was going to use cord until I went to Hobby Lobby bracelet section and found the rubber hoses which are for stretch bracelets.

I’m just getting back into the hobby for a few decades. Doing some research watching lots of KZbin videos. I love your content and love the tips, but my goodness it gave me a headache, watching you shake your phone all around and try to put things into focus. Put a piece of tape under your phone and lean it up against a box or a glass or a mug or something!
