Seek God more. Be near to Him. Be in the light more and the darkness will become lesser. The lesser you are in the light the more darkness you will be in. So my point is stay in the light more and God will help you.

Remember what he did on the cross for your sins, repent and turn away, some tips that helped me was before your about to fall into that sin remember that he was tortured for your sins, and Force yourself to turn away because something is urging you to keep sinning (A.K.A Satan) Pray everyday (I pray 2-5 times a day if you want you could pray more or that exact amount of times as me) and I read my bible everyday, thats all the tips I could think of

When I was down bad and was in my most depressing stage of life, NOTHING Helped, but when I started praying and reading my bible all of those things were GONE, and I felt like I Had A Purpose!
