They all do it, just gets worse when the engine mounts wear out and especially the lower mount. I changed all 3 mounts and it is alot smoother. could possibly be a faulty injector or broken wire on the injector loom, VCDS would point you in the right direction.

Is Your multifunction wheel working? If yes - do You have canbus emulator, which gateway installed?

Fix is to change the bad injector, i have had the same probelm. Its very common on these engines. Can pick up some cheaper remanufactured injectors for ebay if you dont want to spend an arm and a leg for new ones.

What fuse was siren?

Its an old vid but if anyone wonders: check the egr flow, check injection quantities and injector duty cycle, the pcv, and lastly the air box if there is something blocking air. But in my experience with PD engines, if they have NO dpf, 9 times out of 10 its a clogged EGR. Needs taking off and cleaning out, then re-adapted with a scantool and fixes the problem. My 2.0 BKP has a slight shake at cold start idle when I put it in drive (dsg). Goes away after about 2 minutes of driving when the engine warms. Havent cleaned the egr in a long while and i did have to have short journeys on regular so definetly gonna be carbon and soot build up in the egr and intake

My Altea 2.0tdi Bkd starts shakes up a bit on idle, especially when warm, I can feel the wobble/jutter in my steering wheel when stationary. It’s been like that for the last 150000km. My exhaust is a bit soothy, one injector throws bad readings on full throttle, on idle all are into spec, also been like that as long as I remember. The car pulls great, fuel consumption is great, so I just give it freah oil and filters every 10000km

Have this engine in my girlfriends SEAT altea and has always had engine rocking on idle, anyway 3 years later still runs like a dream, it's the last of the old school PD engines it's not supposed to idle like a v12 jaguar.

Bkd does not like idle,it needs diesel,lots of diesel,mine shakes too,try STP additives ,it's normal,for a performance engine 😂,use 4000 revs on shift gears it likes it but not to fall under 2000,let the turbo cool for 5 minutes on idle, it's not made for city use ,likes long rides 😉,she a nimpho 😂😂😂🥴

Normal. If your loosing coolant make sure it has the right mix (not too much water) and check for leaks at your coolant pipes and water pump
