I just read spark pelts death and… I screamed and cried, she had her throat slit and she suffered for hours before finally dying, and the most heartbreaking and touching moment between spark pelt and alder heart in her last moments hurt me more than it should. Still not sadder then cloud tail omg don’t even get me started on how sad cloudtails death was

the number of people who clearly haven't even read the books trying to argue about them is astounding. sparkpelt never "chose" finchkit over flamekit and left. 1. they weren't kits at the time, they were apprentices, and older ones at that. 2. sparkpelt was EXILED and had no choice in the matter. she'd previously begged not to be exiled so she could stay with her kits. she almost died carrying out a mission for the imposter when he threatened her kits. everything she did was for them. finchpaw was perfectly capable of thinking for herself and choosing to get exiled with her, and flamepaw made his own decision not to. nobody abandoned him ever

Yeah , and honestly , Sparkpelt being neglectful lasted for like a moon. People (And Nightheart) make it seems like she was an absent mother for her kit's whole kithood but it's not true at all (I really didn't felt like it was a long time at least) People should REALLY read the book before trying to argue about a character (It reminds me of the Mapleshade's apologists who didn't red Mapleshade's vengeance)

DAISYSTAR AND FLICKERSTAR!!! Their voices fit so well and they truly sound like sisters in a funny way. Saltburn and Hollowspur’s voices were so different than I imagined, I can’t wait to reread the comic with their voices in my head!!!
