I prefer to visit the cities and villages of the southwest of Tunisia in the winter and spring seasons, and I love the Douz International Festival... something exciting for the cultural and geographical diversity that combines the city, the desert, water oases, palm trees... horse races and wedding parties.

What day did you start? We are walking in Sept/Oct this year and looking for folks who have walked during a similar time in the past....comparing temps, clothing, crowds.

Nice video, but you should give more detailed info, fx where you are staying, where is the shopping centre located, how long you are staying and so on. Otherwise it looks a little bit random to me.

⚠️It is clear that the Moroccan 🇲🇦identity is strongly present in Tunisia since Tunisia was under the rule of the honorable Moroccan Empire during the Almohad era! This is clear from the shape of the Moroccan doors and arches, as well as the Moroccan utensils, such as the Moroccan tagine, which is imported from Morocco and is offered for sale in Tunisian markets!

2 points: 1. Include all the locations next time, it was hard to figure it out. 2. For some people it poses tye question if the travel to Tunisia should have the description “it feels european” as an outcome. Feels like you needed it to describe it in a positive way, because it did not feel too Arab meaning too foreign. Could leave room for misinterpretation. 🫡 peace buddy

hi guys, thank you very much for the free visit ;) your content is awesome !!! if you wonder why these statues were (almost all) beheaded kzbin.info/www/bejne/gpTcfZuYd7Smrqs, this is a tiny explanation : when muslims came from the east to north africa, they faught againt idolatry and paganism. To be sure that pepole won't get back to old traditions and idolatry, they beheaded statues ...

Generally speaking, we (Tunisians) eat a lot of bread. It's not exactly correct to say "we eat bread with many kinds of food", but we would rather say "we eat many kinds of food with bread". For some meals, it's even a replacement for a knife and fork.
