Not impressed. Just a good drummer. I guess I'm desensitized to this by EES, Thomas Lang, Mangini, Weckl, Steve Smith........ I will say his playing is taylored to Iron Maiden. Everybody's cup of tea is different.

What amazes me even to this day about Nicko’s style is how if there one piece on that kit, it’s getting hit. No showboating about how big the kit is. If it’s on the kit, it’s getting used. This is why people have said Nicko is an octopus. He uses everything on his drum kit.
