Very informative and educative talk about city water problem. Clarify please - Cauvery 5th stage supplies about 700 + mild water Which is for 330 villages in the periphery of Bengaluru. Meaning - no water is made available to core Bengaluru. 2. You mentioned that authorities are planning to let tertiary treated sewage water to 16 lakes to store and for ground water charging. Is the proposal safe enough. .

😊ನಾನ್ ನೋಡಿರೋ podcast ಅಲ್ಲಿ one of the best podcast. ಮತ್ತೆ ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬರ thinking level great. ನಂಗೆ ಅನಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಸಿನಿಮಾದಲ್ಲೂ ಇಂತಹ ಒಬ್ಬ associates ಇದ್ರೆ, ಅಂತಹ ಸಿನಿಮಾಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಂದು value ಇರುತ್ತೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ಒಂದೊಳ್ಳೆ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಕೂಡ ಆಗುತ್ತೆ. ಇದೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೋಡಿದ್ರೆ ನಿಜವಾಗ್ಲೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ಇದೆ ಅನ್ನೋದು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಮನಸಲ್ಲೂ ಇನ್ನೂ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಬೇರೂರುತ್ತದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಅನುಮಾನವಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಂತಹ ಪ್ರಯ್ನಗಳು ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಬರ್ಬೇಕು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರ ಮೇಲೂ ಮತ್ತೆ film maker ಮೇಲೂ ಒಳ್ಳೆ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಬೀರುತ್ತದೆ. Rain water harvesting has become big business now.. where the consumer is being looted for saving the ecology and where the other end plumbers and equipment manufacturers making profit out of it. Even they are living in the same planet, same country, same state and same city na.. for these kind of projects should be no profit making business.

Problems is not about rice are poor. If I was a gov I would have been impose an extra tax on new house / building how have been not installed rain and drainage water harvesting and recycling and re-using.

While rainwater harvesting is mandated, I'm uncertain if any BWSSB officials or team members actually verify its implementation. Perhaps the individual responsible for checking water readings could be tasked with this duty. I've noticed several new houses built on our road, yet they've chosen to install two new Cauvery connections instead.
