You can condition daily, but you cannot wash it daily with soap. Rinse thoroughly but soap only once a week.

Gray hair is coarse, wiry and unruly because it is not able to retain as much moisture as pigmented hair.

Hard water is definitely a thing in my area. I have to regularly use a clarifying shampoo otherwise it’s breakage and dryness for my hair 😅.
