I *love* that you put Sheffield here. Sanctuary has a bunch of losers bitching all the time, and that'll drive a man back to drink. The Abernathys are good people, and I think a loving family is just what Ol' Sheff needs. <3

2nd playthough rn, was givin coastal cottage as an safehouse for the railroad, this video really help with my playthough, settlement that isnt eye catching, blends in and something to do with the fucking hole

Considering the dead robots around the perimeter of the settlement. A neat idea could be to have a robot stationed in the shop. Could say its a robot they salvaged and repaired or gotten from another settlement nearby who has a robot workshop.

One of my favorite fallout 4 playthroughs was when the survival mode was first added, and I just ripped down all my neighbors houses and fortified just the protagonists house and yard areas, because I figured why would a guy who’s fresh into the apocalypse spend the time fortifying a whole neighborhood when he’s gotta keep himself safe to have time to farm and stay alive, I never got near diamond city I just enjoyed the survival experience it was really great, every other save I turn sanctuary into the Castle/Prydwen North lol

I love the medium and small barns because it just feels strange walking in and out of an airlock constantly when I’m on a planet like Jemison in my outpost by new Atlantis

7 years later, mods work a bit better on PS5, and no longer cause constant game breaks if you're careful......But who wants to be careful!? TIME TO GO WILD, BOYS!~

What mod do I need for those caravans? They're sick! And definitely not part of uso 🤔

i suck at settlement building ! i get irritated to fast with things not working like the rug glitch . and then having to take stuff down cuz it didnt line up right . im much better at killing bad guys .

Place has more holes than not, tbh. Looking forward to Zimonja, that one can be tough as it's kind of hilly, but I think it has some possibilities.

Looks awesome! I use mods for my settlement builds and I like attention to detail, but I probably don't spend 1/4 the time you do. I had a certain way I liked to build the living space for my settlements but I've recently changed it up. Hard to explain... I use concrete walls to surround the property and attach the "hallway end" wood segment to the inside of the wall, and place a bed and a ceiling fan in each one, if you can imagine that. I usually try to plan for at least 20-30 settlers and adjust up as needed. Your attention to detail is way better than mine! Cheers!

Awesome build! I take a lot of my inspiration from your channel. Also, if you don't like having settlers be simply named 'Settler' there's a mod called Simple Settlers, which names all settlers that come via beacon, increases variety in their looks and they level with the player, so they get tougher as you play the game. Anyway, cheers and looking forward to more Fallout 4 vids!

It was only when you brought up your Pipboy I understood you are on a console. Otherwise I was going to suggest getting a mod to rename the settlers that arrive without names. Good amount of detail and I can only imagine the number of hours you have spent building this...! did you grab all your needed materials traditionally or using other means..? What I mean is I use a mod on the PC that gives me a greater return for wood. I just have to remember to buy shipments of concrete and cloth, to mount up. Good video.

Love this location, for it's near the Red Rocket and sanctuary which makes it ideal for trading routes with previously mentioned settlements and the one just across the concrete dam with the Mr. Handy robot

I went completely crazy and am still building here. I did okay on my last playthrough but it's crazy to see how much I've grown as a builder

I would store and replace the original tatos as they can glitch out if they get damaged.

Towers towers are goals

I spent a ton of time in the creation kit redoing Abernathy farm and once loaded in game the cat was walking around 3 foot off the ground, I was never able to figure out why and fix it so I stopped working on the mod.

I'm so glad I found your channel. I've started playing Fallout 4 again after watching the Fallout TV show (which I think a lot of people have done). I was never really into building settlements, but after watching some of your videos I've become really hooked on it. I even managed to complete my own Vault 88 after watching your Vault building series. So I'm really happy to see you making new Fallout 4 videos :D

I love improving settler's homes. Those are actually the settlements I build in (the ones with people already living there) Please, can you make and "All-In-One" mod that includes the settlements that are already available (except foe Sanctuary) to download?

too bad we can't just enable settings on a terminal we've placed. Would make it so much easier

Hedges getting in your way? Just open your handy dandy console, click on the hedge you want to remove to get it's id number, and type in markfordelete and hit enter and in a few game days that annoying hedge will be gone forever. Works for unwanted corpses too. :)
