Is your compressor still holding up? Any issues? Thanks.😊

@spiderman0863 it let out. I just use my rifles to much for this little pump. I got a blue one on Amazon that works better for the same price.

I got the old one on eBay, thinking it was the new one. Can I still use a 3S with it?

Nope
@mirko_galbu3 ай бұрын
this is hilarious, I did the same error and I was asking myself the same question. I changed the connector with a JST but I never tried to plug in a 3S, maybe the esc will actually support it but the motor will burn out. probably if you change the old 3000 kv motor with the new 2150 kv motor it will work. but considering that a new all in one esc costs €60 i wouldn't take the risk

I got it well over, and over. It would come eat here. All it's hair would grow back. It would stop eating here before the treatment was complete. This cycle went on for a year or more. I couldn't save it. I just put it on food in my yard. I don't remember the dosage. Google how much to give. Hopefully you will be more successful than I.

Your video has some misinformation about changing the pressure gauge filter. You don't need to remove the gauge and high pressure nut from the housing, you need to remove the hose from both ends then you can push out the filter. I removed the gauge and pressure nut and cleaned out the housing. What I didn't know that there's an absolutely miniscule little burst disc under the pressure nut that comes out easily. I lost it and didn't think it would matter because it seemed to insignificant. Compressor was not getting any pressure without it in there. Luckily there are some spares in the bag of filters that they give you, didn't even notice at first because they're so tiny. Also had to apply a little bit of thread seal to pressure gauge to keep air from leaking out. After all this it's good to go again.

Hey Alex, thanks for the great video. Can you link to the "silica blaster" you used? I can't seem to find that product. Thanks!
@alexmadl1378 Жыл бұрын
I got it at Lowes. I'm not sure it's the best idea. The distilets can be explosive. You can't put the pump under pressure for a bit after use.

@@alexmadl1378 I appreciate the follow up. I'll skip on it. I do like the silica beads idea in the handle though. One change I would suggest is using molecular sieve beads which are even more absorbent and often used to dry saturated silica gel beads.

Hello Alex… greetings from Peru 👋👋👋…thanks for sharing your experience. Thinking to protect my rifle, I also bought the Tuxing filter, but I haven’t installed it yet. You mentioned that the filter heats a little the compressor. Given this, what do you do? Do you have to set cycles to fill up a Rifle? Would you please tell me how long last each filling cycle? How many minutes your compressor is on and how many to rest until getting it cool again. In my case I have to fill just one Rifle (Kalibrgun Cricket2Tactical up to 250-260bar). On the other hand, what components are you using inside the filter? Molecular Sieve.? Cotton? Active carbon? Or a combination of the three. Thank you for the tips you can share. Have a nice day.

im ordering the CS2 soon, i also have the same exact filter, which i always wondered if it was too much for my old shoebox type pump, I Will need to go to 4000 psi, im going to pump in 2 stages like you advise....... i hear "GX" changed their recommendation to grease free maintenance, also saw a guy comment that it was probably because theyre afraid youll use the wrong lubricant and do more harm than good, theres a video on here where an older gent takes the whole pump apart (very informative)

you take out the big bolt in the cylinder to grease it , mine says every 50 hrs, remove plug item 51,and grease item 77 high pressure rod and iten 52 connecting rod pin . you will need to turn it on and off to get it in the right position to grease them .

When you did this, were you in free roam or during a contact mission? I know when I got my original Oppressor to change before, it happened during a contact mission by doing reverse loops in LSIA lol. Thanks for the tip! Trying it out now!
