we love niche and situational perks in this household!! personally whenever I judge a character’s strengths I also like to look at their base stats, especially when their perk is situational. people _love_ playing yronica even though her perk is so hard to make use of because she has nice stats to make up for it I’d say the same goes for arlo because he’s nearly a genrusher, so slotting him into a team isn’t as bad of an idea even if he doesn’t do his job. he’s good to stay in the back of a party until it’s his time to shine I’d understand if not everyone likes this passive playstyle tho

That’s my main issue with arlo!! You can get them up just fine but the killer always just goes to tunnel then right after. For that he really only works in maps like hospital where you can easily lose the killer or in group loops

yeah, that’s why using Arlo is a little more nuanced than just “revive in front of killer ez”. It’s fun but not always safe for the downed player if they’re not entirely sure what’s happening you also have the issue of killers having different attack recoveries and whatnot, so I wouldn’t actually recommend healing immediately after a down without proper knowledge

Same..! HE'S ACTUALLY FUN LOL and you can do something with the shield like saving a recently kicked gen, or for protection hits :))

This video is technically outdated since the vault blocks last 75s now. Genrushers cannot last nearly as long anymore without some luck and good map knowledge

she excels in maps that are better suited for stealth for obvious reasons, but possessed can be used in any map if you are daring and creative enough
