to my knowledge only Malawi citizens can buy any land no foreigner aloud to buy land freehold

that is true, but the leases are 99 yr long , and easily renewable, and to become a citizen in Malawi is not difficult aftethe 7yr period , Andy +265999965239

closest bigger town is ntaja , then 60km is Liwonde, Zomba&mangochi & Balaka is 100km, Blantyre is 160km , mozambique border is 40km, good for trade in northern moz. thanks andy+265999965239

very little , althoughg the largest wildlife park is about 10km from us, and our 100 ha forest has some wildlife in it. we do also get some wildllife escaping the park walkig thru the farm, we do have monkeys, rabbits, gazelle, occasional warthogs, tortoises,guinea fowl, and some smaller wild life , with lots of birds though. for fatser responses use my mail [email protected]
