There's another secret in the level 'No 'Us' in this', where the cleaners ambush Max in his apartment. Once you reach the sleeping old man's house, there's a phone near the entrance. You can interact with that phone and Max will call Winterson for backup.

What a fantastic game this was..I never guessed to go downstairs at the end..my Dad did

This was such a fantastic FPS and really difficult mainly because of the lack of checkpoints..you had to go back right from the start of the mission and learn from your mistakes..it took HOURS and was so frustrating but the end reward was awesome. This should have been up there with COD, but not that many people remember it
